Nominations open for the maiden edition of Ghana Photographers Awards festival.

Nominations now open for the maiden edition of Ghana Photographers Awards festival  which seeks to celebrate and reward excellence in the photography space across the country.

This initiative will be recognizing and celebrating photographers, brands, models, and individuals who have contributed immensely to the photography space and also put up excellent works that have either educated or told stories to raise the level of photography in Ghana.

The Showbiz Africa Network is seeking nominations for Photographers who have done significant things worth celebrating during the year under review; from January 2021 to August 2021.

Can you nominate yourself? 

1. Yes! And you can nominate as many people as you want to, including yourself, for any number of categories you wish. 

2. Are nominations binding (i.e. will you or the candidate you nominate be definitely shortlisted in the final nomination list)? 

No, they are not. After the public nomination period is done, the next step would be for the Ghana Photographer’s Awards jury to shortlist entries based on merits and data.
