The race to the office of the  UPSASRC PRESIDENCY is getting heated and OheneKayNews can confirm that Mr. Solomon Tetteh Mensah, popularly know as Mr. President has formally declared his intention to contest for the UPSA - SRC PRESIDENCY position.

Greetings to all and sundry 

My name is Solomon Tetteh Mensah, popularly known as Mr. President. A level 300 student of the University of Professional Studies, Accra, studying BSc. In Accounting. 

Humbly, I must say that I am hopeful to contest for the UPSA - SRC Presidency and pushing the Democrats' Agenda. 

An agenda that focuses on equal rights and equal opportunities, most importantly, a participatory governance where the students would be involved in discussions and in decision making to enable myself and the team to immensely champion, safeguard, protect and promote the welfare and interest of students. 

Together and I say with the spirit of togetherness, the needs and concerns of the students would be duely addressed, because the SRC is not a separate body for a particular group of people but the SRC is of the people, by the people and for the people.
