THE HARD TRUTH

There was a discussion in a group on how to improve the political system in Ghana, OK NEWS was present  and one soldier from the CODE57 family said,

Politicians know and  have created a system of dependence where citizens have to rely on them to majority of services. If you're poor and have very minimal means of survival and you're given a token by a bad politician to vote for him/her, you'll do it. What will be the essence of a bag of rice to a worker who is earning money?.

 Politicians want to look like saviours by delaying or not undertaking certain essential projects so that the citizenry can depend on them.

As CODE57, this is where we can, in using our collective strength to create opportunities to other susceptible youth . We win their heart by addressing their needs sustainable and they won't depend on bad politicians.

We have to rise up and change this corrupt government system.
